No hard feelings: Rob Kardashian's ex bae Adrienne Bailon wishes him 'the best' as his romance with Blac Chyna heats up

 

 

 

 Rob Kardashian has one unlikely ally in his corner - his ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon.

The Real co-host let it be known that she thinks Rob's new romance with former stripper Blac Chyna is alright with her.

Adrienne, 32, who dated Rob for two years before their 2009 split, told US Weekly that she's always 'wished the best' for Rob.

'He’s a great guy. I always say that,' the former Cheetah Girls star added. 'We were in love at one point, and I think when you’re younger, what is that, hindsight is 20/20?

'You look back, and you’re just like, "We were young and in love," and life goes on. You wish that person the best. You always wish well on people.'

 

'I’m happy for him,' Adrienne said while attending the Kids Rock! Shop Day on Thursday. 'He deserves happiness so I’m happy for him. He seems happy.'

 

Adrienne agreed that since he took up with Chyna, 27, Rob appears to be a whole new man after battling weight gain and depression.

'I think people fall in love with who they fall in love with,' Adrienne told Us Weekly.

That was a total turnaround from what Adrienne said in a 2014 Latina magazine interview in which she derided the Kardashian name.

'To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career,' Bailon was quoted as saying. 'I probably realized that too late - not that it would’ve affected my decisions in terms of who I dated, but it would’ve affected my decision to appear on the show.'

Rob's reclusive behavior also appears to be a thing of the past as he emerged smiling and looking smitten on Friday.

Kris Jenner's only son was clean-shaven and neatly clad in navy baseball cap, black T-shirt, long blue athletic shorts, socks and trainers.

Not everyone is pleased with Rob's choice, namely his own reality star family.

His half-sister Kylie is said to be 'livid' over his burgeoning relationship with Chyna, who is Tyga's ex and bore him a son King Cairo in 2012.

Khloe had allowed Rob to live with her for years but now feels 'betrayed' after her brother reportedly has moved in with Chyna.

Momager Kris, who previously worried that depression would kill her son, was spotted last week driving into Rob's new gated home with a concerned expression on her face.
